Learn about rat prevention in NYC - Big Reuse

Learn about rat prevention in NYC

Next Thursday, Brooklyn Borough President's office and the NYC Department of Health are offering a free, two hour, community training course on safe and effective rat prevention. The Rat Academy is intended for anyone interested in urban rat behavior and methods for protecting our communities from infestation. This upcoming course at Brooklyn Public Library is recommended particularly for community gardeners, property owners and managers, neighborhood associations, local business, and building superintendents and staff.   Next week's community training course takes place March 23 at Brooklyn Public Library from 6-8pm

The City Dept of Health also offers a Rat Prevention courses and certificate course for pest control professionals.  Also remember to remind any dog owners that rat's eat dog poop so make sure to clean up after your dog - super gross but true.
