TREE GUARD INSTALLATION TOOL SET GUIDELINES
- A Tree Guard Installation Tool Set is available to rent for 3 days. Tool Sets must be picked up between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on the first day of the rental and must be returned by 5:00 PM on the third day.
- For Tool Sets returned on time, customers will be refunded their entire $200 deposit. For any Tool Sets returned beyond the third day, there will be a $50 per day charge.
- Tool Sets must be returned in their entirety. Any Tool Sets returned incomplete will be subject to late fees and loss of deposit.
- If you have not picked up the Tool Set you reserved or contacted Big Reuse by the end of the rental's first day, you will forfeit your appointment. The deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 fee.
- To cancel or change your appointment, email Big Reuse at treeguards@bigreuse.org. Any cancellations prior to the first day of the rental will receive their full deposit back.

- Have you purchased your Tree Guard Project Kit(s), if not please do so before scheduling your rental.
- Keep in mind that tree guards will be available for pickup up to 14 days following your order.
