We're excited to announce Big Reuse will be opening a new Reuse Center (thrift store) in Bushwick at 378 Troutman Street! We still have a bunch of work to do but aim to be open by January 2026. Stay tuned!
The team at our Gowanus location has been able to do incredible work keeping materials out of the landfill, and we're looking forward to bringing this resource to a new neighborhood. This location will feature home goods, books, clothing, and accessories. The Bushwick store is smaller than our Gowanus location, and won't be carrying larger pieces of furniture and building salvage.
Visit our table in front of our new location at the last weekend of Troutman Open Streets on Sunday, October 26! Staff will be collecting used clothing, selling secondhand Halloween costumes, and providing curbside composting resources.
