Already this year we have saved over 6,000 pieces of furniture and hundreds of dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators and other appliances from going to landfill! Wow! Thank you to everyone who has donated or purchased an item from us. You have contributed to keeping a significant amount of waste out of the landfills along with the dangerous chemicals and environmentally-degrading pollutants that come with it.
As we come to the end of the year and the season of giving we would like to share our updated donation guide from our website! This page describes what types of items we are able to accept and also has the webforms for requesting a free pickup for large donations.
Donations of large items, like furniture and appliances, tend to slow down at this time of year. These donations are critical to sustaining our reuse center, so please consider us if you have furniture and appliances in good, working condition.
