Purchased items must be picked up within 5 days of their purchase date. After 5 days items left in the store will be considered abandoned and restocked for sale.

Items purchased at Big Reuse Center are  accompanied by a receipt. Any items for return must be in the same condition they were in when purchased and accompanied by the receipt. With these conditions met, we accept returned items up to 7 days after their purchase for store credit less a 20% restocking fee.

Big Reuse Gift Card - Big Reuse

Give the gift of reuse! The Big Reuse Gift Card is good for both online and in store purchases at the reuse center. While there are no fees associated with gift cards they do expire five years from date of purchase.
